Job Description
But that\’s not all as part of our Reservations Team you\’ll:
- Be a Potters ambassador, by reserving our guests the perfect holiday experience at both of our Resorts, on the telephone and face to face.
- Showcase your passion for Potters Resorts by guiding guests with expert advice on rooms and breaks.
- Build lasting connections and rapport with our incredible guests and especially when they visit our Booking Desk to secure their next break.
- Put your tech, administration, and computer skills to good use.
- Display your dedication to delivering outstanding customer service to our valued guests on Resort.
- Set your sights high with your unstoppable drive and enthusiasm to help us meet our goals.
- Welcome guests arriving by coach and build rapport with the organisers during the break.
- Enjoy admin tasks and excel by being organised with great attention to detail.
- Thrive on being part of an expanding and fun-loving team.

Hours of Work
Full-time, working 40 hours per week covering 5 days out of 7, including weekends. Shift patterns will vary between 9am – 6pm. This role is Resort based.
