As part of our Reservations Team you will:

  • Be a Potters ambassador, by reserving our guests the perfect holiday experience at both of our Resorts, on the telephone and face to face.
  • Showcase your passion for Potters Resorts by guiding guests with expert advice on rooms and breaks.
  • Build lasting connections and rapport with our incredible guests, especially when they visit our Booking Desk to secure their next break.
  • Put your tech, administration, and computer skills to good use.
  • Display your dedication to delivering outstanding customer service to our valued guests on Resort.
  • Welcome guests arriving by coach and build rapport with the organisers during the break.
  • Enjoy admin tasks and excel by being organised with great attention to detail.
  • Thrive on being part of an expanding and fun-loving team.

Hours of Work:

  • Full-time, working 40 hours per week covering 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Shift patterns will vary between 9am - 6pm.

This role is Resort based - due to our rural location, you will need a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (as you will not be able to reach us using public transport).

We are looking for candidates with proven customer service experience, ideally gained through both telephone and face-to-face interaction. Hospitality experience would be a bonus.
