As a housekeeper, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and bathrooms.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guest accommodations exceed expectations and are presented to the highest standards.
- Prioritise and manage workload effectively.
- Follow resort cleaning processes and safety regulations.
- Deliver friendly, professional service to every guest.
- Support colleagues and management to contribute to a positive team spirit.
- Carry out deep cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms to exceptional standards (physically demanding; requires lifting, bending, kneeling).
