As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating the restaurant team, ensuring a positive working environment.
  • Supporting the restaurant team throughout each meal service.
  • Engaging with our guests to ensure that exceptional customer service is being delivered at all times.
  • Addressing any guest concerns or enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitoring food quality, presentation and consistency to uphold the highest standards.
  • Completing admin tasks such as writing table plans, planning rotas and completing timesheets.

Hours of work:

This is a full-time position working 44 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. Due to the nature of the operation, the hours of work will vary and will include weekends, evenings and bank holidays on a rota basis around the needs of the business. Although we require a flexible and adaptable approach towards the shift patterns, we also strongly encourage and support a healthy work-life balance.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience of working in a similar front of house role at a supervisory level, with the responsibility of directly supervising and managing a team.
  • The ability to lead, coach, supervise and motivate the restaurant team on a day-to-day basis in order to support the delivery of our Restaurant Customer Service and Operational Standards.
  • Exceptional standards in relation to customer service, teamwork, health and safety and team happiness and wellbeing.
  • Promote a culture of efficiency and dedication within the team, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to react quickly and efficiently in dealing with the daily needs and challenges of the Restaurant Operation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain strong working relationships across the Resort.
  • Commitment in delivering a high level of customer service.
