Are you an experienced Housekeeping professional with a passion for delivering exceptional standards and leading a team to success? At Potters Resorts Five Lakes, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, and our Housekeeping Team plays a vital role in delivering this. We are now looking for a Team Leader to support our Executive Head Housekeeper in maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation across the resort.
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will lead by example, ensuring our accommodation and public areas consistently exceed guest expectations. You will support, motivate and guide the team, ensuring standards, efficiency, and attention to detail are maintained at all times.
- To ensure that all areas are well maintained and presented to the highest standard which continually exceeds our guests’ expectations.
- Regular checks of bedrooms and to make sure cleaning is to a high standard and operational standards are being met.
- To report faulty equipment, furniture or any other defect found on resort to maintenance or the appropriate department.
- Cleaning of bedrooms and Public Area as and when necessary.
- Regular stock take of consumables and refill cupboards and cleaning caddies when needed.
- The ability to build a rapport with our guests, going above and beyond to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
- The ability to lead by example and motivate the team daily to support the delivery of our exceptional service standards.
- To have the ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role.
- To work efficiently and to keep within time frames.
- To ensure that all policies and procedures and Company policies are followed at all times.
- To carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Housekeeping Management team.
Hours: Please note: We can offer this role on a full OR part time basis. Full time - 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays OR Part time - 30 hours per week, working 9am - 3pm 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays.
Pay: £13.50 per hour. Due to our rural location, you will have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle as you will be unable to reach us using public transport.
