Commis Chef (Part Time)
Location: Colchester Road, Tolleshunt Knights, Maldon, Essex, CM9 8HX
Hours: Part‑time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am — 3:00pm

About the Commis Chef role:
- Assisting with food preparation, including salads, vegetables, starters, main courses, and bakery section
- Working safely by following HACCP and Food Hygiene regulations
- Completing temperature checks
- Assisting with stock rotation
- A keen eye for detail
- Good time management
- A commitment to reducing waste in the kitchen by adhering to menu and portion sizes
- Experience in a commis chef role is not necessary, as full training will be given
You will take personal pride in:
