Potters Resorts is seeking a Group HR Manager to provide hands-on HR leadership at Five Lakes while supporting Group-wide HR activity across our Five Lakes and Hopton-on-Sea Resorts. You’ll partner with senior leaders, manage employee relations, and drive engagement, recruitment and development in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
You will deputise for the Group HR Director when needed, ensuring compliant processes and strong stakeholder relations across both Resorts.
