  • Assisting with food preparation, including salads, vegetables, starters, main courses, and bakery section
  • Working safely by following HACCP and Food Hygiene regulations
  • Completing temperature checks
  • Assisting with stock rotation
  • Good time management
  • A commitment to reducing waste in the kitchen by adhering to menu and portion sizes
  • Experience in a commis chef role is not necessary, as full training will be given
