Position : Bars Team Member
Location : Potters Resorts Five Lakes
Type : Full Time – 40 hours per week working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays
The Role :
As a Bars Team Member you’ll play a key role in delivering great service ensuring every guest feels looked after and relaxed. From preparing and serving drinks to keeping the bar area clean and inviting you’ll help maintain the welcoming atmosphere our resort is known for.
You’ll also :
- Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests
- Serve a wide range of drinks both all-inclusive and premium options
- Keep the bar clean, organised and fully stocked
- Work well under pressure in a fast‑paced team environment
- Take pride in maintaining high standards of presentation and service
Hours : 8 hour shifts between the hours of 9am – 3am to include weekends and bank holidays.
Pay : Between 10 – 12.21 per hour depending on your age

- A positive can‑do attitude and a passion for delivering great service
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential; full training is provided
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- A team player who enjoys being part of a busy and friendly environment
