If you are passionate about service, are friendly and energetic, we want YOU to be part of the team!Job Description About the Role:As a Bars Team Member, you\’ll be the friendly face our guests turn to when they need a refreshing drink or a smile! You\’ll work in one of our bars, ensuring our guests have the best experience possible with every sip. You\’ll be responsible for mixing up delicious cocktails, pouring pints of cold beer, keeping the atmosphere upbeat, and delivering great service with a side of sunshine!Hours of work:
- Full-time position – working 40 hours per week.
- Working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays
- Bar opening times: 9am – 2.30am
- 8 hour shifts include; days, evenings, and lates
- All straight shifts around the needs of the business
- Building a rapport with our guests and helping them to feel welcome and enjoy their stay
- Having the necessary knowledge of BIIAB, alcohol laws, and regulations to ensure that you are servicing alcohol safely
- Working as a team to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay
- Use attention to detail to ensure that the bar is kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Ensuring that you attend all relevant training sessions so that you can work to the best of your ability
- Promoting teamwork by establishing strong working relationships with those around you, by treating your colleagues with respect
Passion for People: You\’ll be interacting with guests all day, so a friendly attitude and great communication skills are key.
- Team Player: We work together to create an amazing experience, so we need you to be a team player who\’s ready to dive in and help out.
- Experience (Preferred): While experience in a bar or hospitality setting is a plus, it\’s not essential. If you\’re eager to learn, we\’ll teach you everything you need to know!
- Flexibility: Our bar is open from 9am – 2.30am. You will work 8 hours shifts between these hours so we\’re looking for people who can work a mixture of shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
