Potters Green School is looking to appoint a Play Assistant to support our Before and After school club known as Potters Club. This role would be suitable for someone who enjoys working with different groups of children who range from ages 4-11. We are looking for a motivated person who can work as part of a team to deliver a creative learning and caring environment. Within this role, you will be working alongside another Play Assistant under the direction of the School Business Manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support children in the Before and After school club with age-appropriate activities
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver creative learning experiences
  • Ensure a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and activities
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians as needed
