Learning Mentor required at Potter Street Academy. Potter Street Academy is an inclusive school that makes a difference to the lives of the children in its community. We are looking for an outstanding, highly motivated and inspirational Learning Mentor to join our team of supportive and dedicated staff.

Qualifications

  • Excellent practitioner who is passionate about supporting children and their families
  • Able to form and develop strong relationships with parents and a wide range of external agencies
  • Passionate about raising aspirations and have the belief that every child can succeed
  • Able to use a range of strategies to remove barriers to learning
  • Organised, self‑motivated and a flexible team player

30 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
39 working weeks / 44.7 paid weeks per year
Salary: Scale 6 Point 13 – £20,709.53 pro rata per annum
Start date: September 2026
Closing date: 10th July 2026
Interviews: Week Commencing 13th July 2026
