Stock Condition Surveyor

We are looking for Stock Condition Surveyors.

You will be responsible for assessing the condition of residential properties to provide accurate data for asset management and maintenance planning. Key duties include:

• Conducting property surveys to assess the condition, lifespan, and maintenance requirements of building components.
• Recording survey data accurately using handheld devices or asset management software.

Ideal candidates will have experience in stock condition surveying, a good understanding of building pathology, and familiarity with recording survey data on an iPad or equivalent tablet.
