Role Description
Weβre looking for a Fast-Track Innovation Manager to drive rapid, commercially viable innovation across our portfolio. This role is all about speed, insight, and impact - identifying opportunities, validating ideas quickly, and bringing winning products to market. The Fast-Track Innovation Manager is responsible for delivering fast, commercially viable innovation across three priority areas:
- Current Line Extensions
- Market & E-tailer Gaps
- Emerging Concepts (feeder system)
This role owns the end-to-end acceleration of ideas from opportunity identification through rapid validation, pilot, and launch - working closely with Brand, Product Development, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams. This is a product- and market-led role, not a traditional R&D position.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver Fast-Track Innovation (Core Ownership)
- Lead a portfolio of fast-track projects across all three strategy buckets.
- Translate consumer, market, and retailer insight into testable product opportunities.
- Drive speed-to-market by simplifying processes and removing blockers.
