The Creightons Plc group is made up of a select group of brands specialising in the creation of high-quality personal care and beauty products for the consumer and trade market. Potter + Moore Innovations Ltd is the key trading company based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and focuses on the design, manufacture and distribution of product in its three key operating functions; Brands (owned), Private Label Supply and Contract Manufacturing. Our customer base ranges from key multiple drugstore, grocery and fashion retailers to premium brands and are supplied throughout the UK and growing international markets. We’re looking for a Fast-Track Innovation Graduate to support the delivery of rapid, product-led innovation across our portfolio. This is a hands-on role designed to give you real exposure to how ideas move from insight to product on shelf — fast. You’ll work across line extensions, market and e-tailer gaps, and emerging concepts, supporting live innovation projects while building core skills in consumer insight, product development, and commercial execution. This role is not lab-based R&D — it is focused on products, markets, and execution.
Role Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate Description:
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Innovation, Product, Design, or similar
- Strong interest in products, consumers, and how ideas get to market
- Curious, analytical, and comfortable working at pace
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
