About the Role: As an Account Manager focused on back-of-house support, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our retail operations running smoothly. This isn’t a polished, process-heavy corporate role — it’s hands-on, fast-moving, and vital to our success. You’ll manage admin, forecasting, EPOS reviews, sales data, and brand compliance, supporting both our internal teams and retail partners. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day account administration and coordinate closely with retail partners. Analyse sales data and EPOS reports to spot trends and support decision-making. Support sales forecasting and inventory planning with internal teams and retailers. Ensure brand compliance and support promotional activities in store. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver results. Manage customer queries related to orders, invoicing, and deliveries. Keep accurate and up-to-date account records and documentation. Help prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
