A Secondary school in Redbridge is looking for a SEND Administrator . You will be responsible for EHCP’s and IEP’s including the administration and record keeping, You will be the first point of call between the SENCo and any enquiries and need to be committed to providing an excellent service to the SEND department, leading to the best possible learning outcomes. Benefits: * Private Healthcare Benefits * A focus on staff wellbeing package * Access to gym facilities * Free parking * Access to training in school Job Responsibilities * Liaise with teams and cover SEND support staff absences * Attend meetings and take notes and minutes * Enter information on the system with SEND student records and ensure that all information is kept up to date at all times * Ensure all IEP’s are distributed and kept up to date, school, home, and outside agencies * Arrange meetings with outside agencies and make sure students are receiving allocated hours on ECHP’s Preferred Skills: * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent * A minimum of grade C or above in English & Maths * Excellent IT skills and proficient in the use of email and databases * Knowledge and experience of SEND administration * Ability to cover administrative tasks with accuracy * Good written English and effective communication skills If you are interested, please apply to this role for immediate consideration.
