Potentum is a UK-based supplier of RCI and LMI safety systems for cranes, MEWPs, telehandlers and reach stackers. Our systems are deployed across multiple markets and are ready to install straight from the box. We are now growing our UK presence and looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to develop our customer base.
The Role
You will identify and approach potential customers and dealer partners across the UK, present and demonstrate the Potentum system, and manage relationships through to order. This is a field-based role with full flexibility over your schedule and territory.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven B2B field sales experience.
- Background in crane, lifting equipment, commercial vehicle or related industrial sector essential.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Ideally based in the Midlands or North of England.
What We Offer
- Base salary £28,000.
- Car allowance £400 per month.
- Commission £300 per unit sold.
- OTE £34,000 to £40,000.
- Full product training provided.
- Mileage reimbursed at HMRC standard rate.
