This is a pivotal growth hire. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, commercial growth and global workforce design, advising CEOs, CTOs and COOs on how to build high-performing offshore technology teams aligned to long-term business objectives, supported by our established HRBP infrastructure and delivery capability.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Scaling Offshore Technology Teams
- Advise clients on building engineering, data, cloud and digital teams
- Design workforce roadmaps aligned to growth and transformation plans
- Present data-driven offshore business cases to executive stakeholders
- Work closely with our HRBP team to operationalise and embed teams
Global Workforce Strategy
- Shape offshore expansion across India, South Africa, Brazil and Romania
- Support clients in designing multi-location workforce models
Strategic Growth & Portfolio Leadership
- Build long-term partnerships with UK SME leadership teams
- Facilitate strategy workshops with executive stakeholders
- Grow your sector portfolio toward 50+ clients and 300+ offshore staff
- Guide and develop internal commercial support resource
Who Will Thrive Here
You will likely bring:
- 10+ years in consulting, outsourcing, offshoring or strategic talent solutions
- Experience advising C-suite leaders on scaling organisations
- Strong exposure to international workforce design
- The ability to translate commercial objectives into structured offshore capability models
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder influence skills
- Degree educated
- An understanding of technology environments (software, analytics, digital) will be highly beneficial
