Are you an experienced Conveyancer or Sales Progressor? Do you like training and developing people? My client has an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancer or Sales Progressor professional to join our team as a Conveyancing/Sales Progression Trainer to coach, train and mentor our Sales Progression and Property Sales Administration team. As the Conveyancing/Sales Progression Trainer, you will have a strong understanding of the Conveyancing or Property Sales progression process along with a strong desire for the training and development of others.
What will your day to day role be?
- Identify training needs across the teams and develop tailored training solutions.
- Deliver team and one to one training sessions on all aspects of conveyancing/sales progression and compliance and monitor team and individual progression.
- Provide expertise on Conveyancing/sales progression and AML regulations.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to maintain the highest standards.
