Are you an experienced Conveyancer or Sales Progressor? Do you like training and developing people? Bring your experience for conveyancing and your passion for training together and make this role your own! My client has an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancer or Sales Progressor professional to join our team as a Conveyancing/Sales Progression Trainer to coach, train and mentor our Sales Progression and Property Sales Administration team. As the Conveyancing/Sales Progression Trainer, you will have a strong understanding of the Conveyancing or Property Sales progression process along with a strong desire for the training and development of others.

What will your day to day role be?

  • Identify training needs across the teams and develop tailored training solutions.
  • Deliver team and one to one training sessions on all aspects of conveyancing/sales progression and compliance and monitor team and individual progression.
  • Provide expertise on Conveyancing/sales progression and AML regulations.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to maintain the highest standards.
