Our client is a market leader in the Online Property Sector – a fast sale estate agency and property cash buying company providing national coverage. They are expanding and want to increase their Sales Negotiation Team. You will have at least 2 years of Sales Negotiation experience as a real property professional.
As a Sales Negotiator you will manage your own portfolio of properties spread throughout the UK – arranging viewings, securing and negotiating the sales. You will need to have brilliant negotiation experience, strong commerciality, sales and organisational skills. You will be bright and personable, used to working in a target driven environment and enjoy meeting and exceeding targets. Commission is guaranteed whilst you build your pipeline – so you will be earning from day one.
What is key to this role?
- To succeed here you will have a positive attitude, a good stable sales work record, and really understand how to close the sales.
Your working week is Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pm. Finish 3 pm on Fridays if you hit your targets. Plus one Saturday every other weekend either 9 am to 1 pm or 10 am to 2 pm – this can be from home.
Your days will be:
- Looking after a manageable portfolio of properties
- Selling a targeted number of properties – all other team members comfortably hit (and exceed) this target each month
- Arranging viewings and getting the feedback (no site visits)
- Negotiating offers
- Upselling other services – these also have a generous bonus attached
- Negotiating and managing all aspects of the sale process
What you won’t have to do:
- Paperwork – there’s an admin team to back you for that
- No site visits/viewings – there’s a national team for that
- No multi-tasking – it’s all sales negotiating
