Are you experienced in Stock Planning? Do you want to be part of one of the fastest growing wholesale companies around? Experienced in Retail or FMCG Sector stock planning? Then this is the role for YOU!

You will be joining a multi-million turnover business at the UK Headquarters in Darwen and be a key support to the Head of Planning and Projects. You will use relevant available information to schedule production works orders, ensuring minimum stock level requirements and OEM orders are made on time and to target.

So What Will You be Responsible for?

  • Monitor minimum stock levels continuously to ensure stock is kept within specified limits.
  • Control of Understock report and process, including daily monitoring of OTIF impacts and hourly check of RPT69 report.
  • Liaise with Sales to determine customer requirements for OEM orders, plan and interface with procurement team.
  • Develop a production schedule for all lines, detailing all tasks and when they should be completed.
  • Liaise with Operations Manager, Purchasing, Mixing and Maintenance to ensure all workers, materials, and machinery will be available when required.
  • Create and organise product paperwork – Works Order Documents.
  • Troubleshoot problems with scheduling that occur during production, including staff shortages and machinery malfunctions.
  • Monitor production progress to ensure the schedule is followed and challenge when it is not.
  • Collect and assess data about production.
