Basic £27-30K OTE £50-70K Our client is a market leader in the Online Property Sector a fast sale estate agency and property cash buying company providing national coverage. They are expanding and want to increase their Sales Negotiation Team. You will have at least 2 years Sales Negotiation experience being a real property professional. As Sales Negotiator you will manage your own portfolio of properties spread throughout the UK arranging viewings, securing and negotiating the sales. You will need to have brilliant negotiation experience with strong commerciality, sales and organisational skills. You will be bright and personable and used to working in a target driven environment and enjoy meeting and exceeding targets. Commission is guaranteed whilst you build your pipeline so you will be earning from day one . What is key to this role?
