Our client is a market leader in the Online Property Sector. They want an additional person to join their team as business levels continue to be strong and 2025 looks like being a record year already, so you will be coming into the team with lots of warm leads with your name on them!
Who are we looking for? Someone who is bright and personable with good sales experience - property experience preferred but not essential. People with recruitment sales experience work well here and are high earners. The ideal person will love sales (B2C or B2B) and will be a true relationship builder – quickly able to get into rapport and want to work in a great team and earn good money! You could have door-to-door sales experience and be ready to move to an office-based role.
Your first three months have a guaranteed bonus whilst you learn the business and establish your sales pipeline. You will already be used to working in a target-driven environment and enjoy meeting and exceeding targets. To succeed here you will have a positive attitude, a good stable sales work record, and really understand how to close sales. Please note – you only work with warm leads – no cold calling here.
What are the working hours? It’s Monday to Friday – 9 to 6pm – Fridays finish at 3pm if you have hit your targets. 1 in 3 Weekends Sat or Sun 9am to 1pm or 10am to 2pm (weekends can be worked from home).
