We’re seeking a commercially sharp Property Investment Manager to match real deals with real investors — and build a repeat buyer base that drives deal velocity and margin. Your Day to Day Responsibilities will be: Selling investment-grade property from our motivated seller pipeline to active investors. Building and maintaining a strong book of landlords, flippers, and deal packagers. Distributing deals via WhatsApp, phone, and email using a high-urgency, low-friction model. Preparing high-conversion deal summaries and investment packs with ROI/yield analysis. Tracking and progressing deals from reservation to completion, liaising with solicitors and internal teams. Growing the investor database and support development of the Investor Sales Desk Identifing investment deals and craft high-impact emails to drive investor interest. What You’ll Bring to the Role: 2+ years in property sales, sourcing, auctions, or investment agency. Understanding of BTL, BRR, HMO, and flip strategies. Strong closer with urgency, confidence, and commercial focus. Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-velocity environment. CRM-literate and responsive via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
