Basic £24K with £500 per month guaranteed bonus for a minimum of 3 months. Our client is a market leader in the Online Property Sector, a fast sale estate agency and property cash buying company providing national coverage. They are expanding and want to increase their Sales Progression Team - they are so busy and need another 2 on the Team!
You will be a confident and experienced Conveyancing or Sales Progressor who is used to managing your own personal portfolio of properties throughout the UK, progressing these to completion in a timely manner. We would also love applications from Sales Negotiators with at least one year's experience who want to take that next step in their career and move to a Progressor role. Your Estate Agency or Conveyancing experience will truly progress your career here!
Your day-to-day role will be:
- Looking after a manageable portfolio and exchanging a targeted number of properties - a target which our current Sales Progressors are achieving comfortably.
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents.
- Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & renegotiations, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange.
- Updating and maintaining notes for your portfolio, and keeping clients constantly and fully updated with the progress.
- Upselling some of our recommended financial services/solicitors and getting paid generously for these.
- Organising your own daily workflow - my client commits to getting their files to exchange as quickly as possible so it's important to keep all of your plates spinning!
