Are you ready to be part of one of the fastest growing wholesale and retail companies and be a key part of their continued success and growth? Are you a CRM Marketing Executive with flair and creativity able to work across several key eCommerce websites both B2B and B2C? Able to focus on scheduled broadcast campaigns and automated customer journeys and effectively manage external affiliate marketing partnerships? Make no mistake this is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable combining campaign execution, commercial analysis and ongoing optimisation.

We are looking for someone who is commercially aware and naturally curious about what is driving sales performance. Someone who is analytical, with the ability to look beyond headline numbers and understand the reasons behind changes. You will also be highly organised and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines. We need you to be proactive and willing to suggest improvements rather than simply execute activity. And you will be detail focused, particularly when working with customer-facing communications. You will be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the wider eCommerce and marketing teams. And you will be confident communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

What will the day to day be like?

  • CRM & Email Marketing
    • Manage the email marketing calendar across several eCommerce websites and brands.
    • Plan, build, test and schedule regular broadcast email campaigns.
    • Manage and optimise automated email journeys, including customer lifecycle, welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement and promotional automations.
    • Work with the wider eCommerce and marketing teams to ensure campaigns support key trading priorities, product launches, promotions and seasonal activity.
    • Segment customer audiences to improve campaign relevance and performance.
  • Campaign Performance & Optimisation
    • Monitor key CRM metrics including revenue, conversion rate, click-through rate, open rate, unsubscribe rate and customer engagement.
    • Analyse campaign performance and provide clear recommendations for future activity.
    • Run tests across subject lines, creative, offers, segmentation, content and send times to improve performance.
    • Identify opportunities to increase the contribution CRM makes to overall eCommerce revenue.
    • Compare performance across brands, campaigns and customer segments to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Affiliate Marketing
    • Manage the day-to-day relationship with our external affiliate marketing partner/network.
    • Work with external affiliate partner to communicate promotions, product launches and key trading activity.
    • Monitor affiliate performance, revenue and acquisition trends.
    • Identify opportunities to improve affiliate activity and increase commercially valuable traffic and sales.
    • Ensure affiliate activity is aligned with wider brand, commercial requirements.
  • Sales & Product Analysis
    • Continue week-on-week sales analysis across our key websites.
    • Analyse product, brand and category performance to identify growth, decline and emerging trends.
    • Highlight significant changes in sales performance and investigate potential causes.
    • Provide clear commentary explaining what has changed and the likely drivers behind performance.
    • Identify products, categories or brands that require additional marketing support.
    • Support trading and marketing decisions with relevant data and insights.
    • Where appropriate, analyse performance against previous periods, promotions and wider commercial activity.

What you will bring to the role and the team is:

  • Experience working within CRM, email marketing, eCommerce or digital marketing.
  • Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with email automation or customer journey platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales and marketing data.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation, retention marketing and lifecycle marketing.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar reporting tools.
  • Ability to interpret data and turn it into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when building, testing and scheduling customer communications.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage campaigns across multiple brands or websites.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • A commercially focused mindset with an understanding of how digital marketing activity contributes to revenue.

It would be good if you also can use:

  • If you can use Ometria or similar that would be a plus.
  • Also Shopify or another Headless/Open Source eCommerce platform.
  • And Google Analytics.
  • Using Excel to create reports or dashboards.
