The full title for this role is: Site Access. RAMS and Handover Coordinator! Perhaps you have a background as a H&S Coordinator or are used organising site visits and access? Then this could be the role for you. Or if you just really like the sound of this role then they will take a Trainee but the salary would be £27K. My client is a specialist telecoms electrical contractor, established in 2011. Their directly employed engineers install, upgrade and maintain electrical systems for 5G mast sites, fibre networks and data centres across the UK, working for some of the country's largest network operators and principal contractors. Their success continues so they are expanding our Business Support Team. What does the role cover? The Site Access, RAMS and Handover Coordinator makes sure our engineers can get onto site when the programme says they will, that they arrive with the right safety documentation, and that every job is closed out with a complete, compliant handover pack. You will arrange access to telecoms sites with landlords, site providers, clients and the company’s own planners, by phone, by email and through client portals. You will make sure every scheduled activity has confirmed access before it is due, and you will coordinate the Hand Over Pack (HOP) process with the wider project team. You will also produce site specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for planned works, working closely with their HSEQ team. Using approved templates and the survey information for each site, you will prepare RAMS that reflect the actual site conditions, access arrangements and activities involved. Each RAMS goes to HSEQ for review and approval, and you will make sure the approved version reaches engineers and clients before work starts. Once works are complete, you will compile the handover documentation from engineers' photographs, test results and certification, and check it carefully against client requirements and internal standards before submission. You will be responsible for document control and filing, for tracking job status, and for reporting against the team's KPIs for access, RAMS and handover turnaround. Client standards and health and safety requirements change often, so you will keep your knowledge current and make sure the team always works to the latest version. Who is the YOU we are looking for? You are organised and accurate, and you can own a deadline driven workload without needing to be chased. You communicate clearly and confidently with people inside and outside the business, and you can keep track of a large number of jobs at different stages at the same time. You will need to be comfortable using Microsoft Office and web based systems. Experience in site access, scheduling, RAMS or handover documentation within telecoms, utilities or infrastructure is preferred and will be reflected in your salary. If you have no relevant experience but show the right attention to detail and attitude, we will still consider you. In that case the role may be offered at a trainee rate, with full training provided and a pay review once you are working independently. What YOU get in return? You will receive a salary of £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, or a trainee rate from £27,000 if you are new to the industry, plus a performance bonus and an annual bonus. We also offer additional annual leave, gym membership, a health and wellbeing programme, regular company events, casual dress and free on site parking. Training is provided, and there is a clear path to progress as the business grows. The hours of work are 8am to 5pm but we could consider reduced hours of say 9.15am to 4.30pm if that helped with the school run but salary would be pro-rata to hours worked. What do YOU get in return? Good Salary Company Annual Profit Bonus Performance Bonus 21 days holiday rising each year plus Statutory Holidays Gym Membership Free parking Casual Dress Company Events Health and Wellbeing Programme Please bring your organisation skills to this Team! Please send me your CV. Thanks Lindsay
