What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating transition and early operational activities, including agreed processes and workarounds
- Monitoring, triaging and following up on operational issues
- Coordinating activities and actions across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Managing high-volume administrative and transactional activities
- Supporting fulfilment, distribution and customer-related activities
- Preparing and distributing operational reports
- Maintaining accurate records and tracking actions through to completion
- Coordinating information between project teams, operational teams and external stakeholders
- Supporting invoicing and other routine project administration where required
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and helping implement practical improvements
About the role:
Christchurch | Contract | Immediate Start
We’re looking for a practical and organised Project Coordinator to join a large-scale, nationwide transformation programme. This is a hands-on role supporting the transition of new services into business-as-usual, with a strong focus on coordination, administration, stakeholder engagement and keeping day-to-day activities on track. You’ll work across a range of internal teams, external partners and community stakeholders, helping coordinate operational activities, resolve issues and make sure actions are followed through accurately and efficiently.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in project coordination, administration, operations support or service delivery
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, particularly when managing high volumes of activity
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
- The ability to coordinate competing priorities and keep activities moving
- A practical approach to problem solving and resolving day-to-day issues
- Confidence working across multiple teams and with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience supporting projects, transitions, rollouts or operational change would be beneficial
- Experience working in a complex operational environment with multiple stakeholders would be advantageous
You don’t need to be a career Project Manager for this role. We’re looking for someone practical, proactive and organised, who enjoys coordinating people and activities, solving problems and making sure the details are taken care of.
