Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC equipment safely, including overhead cranes.
- Ensure all tooling is correct and fit for purpose before starting tasks.
- Complete relevant documentation and record work activity using TnT scanning systems or Strumis systems.
- Maintain continuous housekeeping to keep a clean and safe working environment in accordance with BHC written instructions.
- Adhere to BHC Health and Safety procedures at all times.
- Communicate with the manager and maintenance department to report any machine issues.
- Perform regular accuracy checks and record results to ensure a quality product.
- Ensure products are correctly marked before passing to the next operation.
Qualifications:
- A good communicator, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Conscientious, hardworking, flexible, and health and safety aware.
- Responsible for achieving appropriate quality standards safely while meeting production targets.
