Our client, a leading national housebuilder, is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to oversee large-scale residential developments across the Northern Home Counties. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring high-quality construction, on-time delivery, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-start to handover.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain strong health and safety compliance across all construction activities.
  • Drive site productivity and efficiency while mitigating potential risks.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including technical, commercial, and customer service teams.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Lead and develop site management teams to ensure optimal performance.
  • Delivery of a portfolio of high quality, complex housing projects, totaling c.600 units per year.
  • Providing full support to the Regional Construction Director.
