Potensis is seeking a Construction Director to lead the operational delivery of multiple residential developments across the Midlands. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take full responsibility for the construction function, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will lead a team of Contracts Managers, Site Managers, and construction professionals, collaborating with Commercial, Technical, Land, and Sales.
