Potensis Selection are working in partnership with a leading housebuilder to appoint a talented Technical Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a London focused residential developer that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, design-led homes. Key Responsibilities
- Play a key role in driving projects from planning through to delivery
- Leading the technical process and making sure everything runs smoothly
- Managing external consultants to ensure accurate, timely production information
- Overseeing planning compliance, Building Regulations, NHBC submissions, and legal agreements
- Keeping the design programme on track and aligned with construction timelines
- Working closely with Commercial teams to manage budgets and consultant costs
- Acting as the go-to technical lead coordinating teams, solving site queries, and supporting delivery
What we’re looking for
- Experience operating as a Senior Technical Coordinator or Technical Manager
- A relevant professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, CIAT or RIBA is a bonus)
- Strong technical knowledge across building regulations, design risk, and coordination
- Someone confident leading meetings and driving decisions forward
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple live projects
- A real eye for quality and buildability
