This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring high-quality construction, on-time delivery, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-start to handover. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Maintain strong health and safety compliance across all construction activities. Drive site productivity and efficiency while mitigating potential risks. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including technical, commercial, and customer service teams. Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary. Lead and develop site management teams to ensure optimal performance.
