Managing Director – Residential Development

Potensis Selection is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, residential developer operating across the South East. The company has a strong track record of delivering high-quality housing schemes and is entering a new phase of growth. It is now seeking a Managing Director to lead its operations and drive strategic expansion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational functions
- Develop and execute strategic plans to support growth and delivery targets
- Manage financial performance, reporting, and governance (including full P&L responsibility)
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including local authorities and clients
- Lead and mentor senior staff across
