This role is ideal for an experienced Technical Manager ready to step up or a Senior Technical Manager seeking an opportunity to work with a renowned developer on high-profile projects in London.
About the Role:
As the Technical Manager, you will oversee the technical aspects of development projects in London, providing leadership and guidance to the technical team. This role involves appointing and briefing architects, reviewing technical drawings, and ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. In addition to managing the technical side of projects, you will work closely with other members of the Technical Team to mentor and develop their skills, ensuring the successful delivery of each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technical team, offering support to ensure project objectives are met effectively.
- Oversee the preparation and review of technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
