About the Role:

As the Technical Manager, you will oversee the technical aspects of development projects in London, providing leadership and guidance to the technical team. This role involves appointing and briefing architects, reviewing technical drawings, and ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. In addition to managing the technical side of projects, you will work closely with other members of the Technical Team to mentor and develop their skills, ensuring the successful delivery of each project.
