You will play a key role in ensuring drawings and technical information are coordinated, compliant, and issued according to project requirements to support successful delivery:
- Coordinate design information across multiple phases of the development
- Review drawings and technical submissions for compliance with planning, Building Regulations, and employer’s requirements
- Support the delivery of a mixed-use scheme including residential, commercial, and public realm elements
- Liaise with internal departments including construction, commercial, and sales teams
- Assist with value engineering and ongoing design development
Experience as a Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Coordinator is required, along with an understanding of Building Regulations and technical design processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and buildability.
