Our client, a leading national housebuilder, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments across the South East. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring high-quality construction, on-time delivery, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-start to handover. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Maintain strong health and safety compliance across all construction activities. Drive site productivity and efficiency while mitigating potential risks. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including technical, commercial, and customer service teams. Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary. Lead and develop site management teams to ensure optimal performance. Providing full support to the Regional Construction Director Proven experience in a senior construction role within the housebuilding sector. Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and health & safety requirements. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to drive projects forward while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets effectively. Relevant construction qualifications.
