Potensis are a leading recruiter for the housebuilding industry. We have dedicated the past 20 years to training and development and as a result of this, all of our Directors and Senior Management have grown through the business to their current roles.

We have the ability to cultivate raw potential and have an impressive record of developing new recruits into successful, high billing recruitment consultants and Manager. Our success is built on our ability to select the right people who will make a difference to our business and to our Internal Recruitment team plays a vital role in the growth of our business.
Due to continued expansion we are looking to add an Internal Recruitment Manager to join our team to manage the attraction of new recruitment hires into the business.
The role will involve:
- Write advertisements for job boards and our company website and maintain them on a regular basis.
- Liaise with hiring managers to take detailed job briefs before devising and implementing effective hiring strategies.
- Manage a database of potential talent which can be utilised when required.
- Arrange and conduct interviews with candidates in order to assess suitability
- Ensure candidates match Potensis values
- Maintaining contact with potential candidates and applicants throughout the recruitment process
- Manage the offer process for new recruits through to successful start including taking references and managing the aftercare process, to ensure the best possible introduction to the business
- Produce clear and concise reports on a monthly basis
- Research and assess new potential methods of attraction for trainee recruitment consultants.
- Provide feedback to applicants on the progress of their applications.
- Manage and coordinate external training and development courses
- Employ headhunting techniques to identify and attract candidates where necessary
- Attend events and build relationships with university careers offices.
- Continually review recruitment methods as the business expands to ensure they are fit for purpose
- Conduct competitor analysis exercises and provide monthly feedback on this to management team.
Previous experience working as Recruitment Consultant or in an in-house recruitment role would be advantageous. Applicants must be determined to succeed and demonstrate a strong commercial attitude along with excellent time management and organisational skills.
