Potensis Selection are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading housebuilder to appoint a Technical Coordinator to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a London-focused residential developer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, design-led schemes. The Role: You will support the coordination of design information across a large, multi-phase residential-led scheme. You will play a key role in ensuring drawings and technical information are coordinated, compliant, and issued according to project requirements to support successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate design information across multiple phases of the development
- Assist in managing external consultants to ensure timely and accurate information production
- Review drawings and technical submissions for compliance with planning, Building Regulations, and employer’s requirements
- Support the delivery of a mixed-use scheme including residential, commercial, and public realm elements
- Liaise with internal departments including construction, commercial, and sales teams
- Assist with value engineering and ongoing design development
- Track design progress against programme milestones and report on any delays or issues
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Coordinator
- Understanding of Building Regulations and technical design processes
- Experience reviewing and coordinating technical drawings and consultant information
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and buildability
