The Role
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the office running smoothly, supporting senior leadership and ensuring day-to-day operations are efficient and organised. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing office operations, budgets and supplier relationships
- Coordinating travel, meetings, events and board packs
- Supporting senior management with administration and reporting
- Maintaining office compliance including Health & Safety processes
- Overseeing office supplies, visitor management and facilities
- Supporting onboarding and general team administration
- Managing diaries, expenses and confidential documentation for leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administration role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
