The Role

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the office running smoothly, supporting senior leadership and ensuring day-to-day operations are efficient and organised. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing office operations, budgets and supplier relationships
  • Coordinating travel, meetings, events and board packs
  • Supporting senior management with administration and reporting
  • Maintaining office compliance including Health & Safety processes
  • Overseeing office supplies, visitor management and facilities
  • Supporting onboarding and general team administration
  • Managing diaries, expenses and confidential documentation for leadership

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administration role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
