Potensis Selection is pleased to partner with an award winning house builder who are looking to expand their existing team and recruit a Field View Manager to work across a number of high profile developments across the South East.
The Role:
- Lead the accurate and timely project setup of Field View on residential projects, including drawing calibration, user/device management, and digital form creation.
- Coordinate QA processes aligned with procurement programmes, milestones, and construction sequences to create forms and processes on the system.
- Act as the go-to Field View specialist for project teams, providing responsive support and proactive issue resolution.
- Conduct regular training sessions and create βHow-Toβ user guides for Field View adoption and best practice by site users.
- Collaborate with the site management team to ensure that any identified remedial works are implemented and schedule in re-inspections as required.
- Provide regular and structured feedback to Construction Director to discuss and manage any quality issues.
- Support the site management team on mitigating recurring quality issues and ensuring best practice is followed.
- Produce monthly reports for each development for inclusion in the Board papers.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, regulations and best practices.
- Monitor Field View usage to ensure compliance with internal systems.
