Potensis Selection is recruiting an additional Town Planner on behalf of a prestigious property developer.

The role reports into the Land/Planning Director and covers advisory work on planning policy and development control for land acquisition.

You will provide day-to-day planning guidance to land teams on residential and mixed-use schemes, identify viable development sites, prepare planning reports, and negotiate S106 agreements to maximise commercial outcomes.
