Our client, a leading mixed-use developer, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee high value residential and commercial projects located in Bristol and the surrounding area. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring high-quality construction, on-time delivery, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-start to handover.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain strong health and safety compliance across all construction activities.
- Drive site productivity and efficiency while mitigating potential risks.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including technical, commercial, and customer service teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Lead and develop site management teams to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide full support to the Regional Construction Director.
