Potensis Selection is pleased to partner with an award winning Mixed Use Developer who are looking to expand their existing team and recruit an additional Project Director. The business has developed an enviable reputation for consistently delivering high end, complex and design led projects across the capital for over 20 years. Due to an expansion of workload, they are now looking to attract and recruit a Project Director to lead a complex, apartment led development from inception to completion.

The role will involve leading a multi-disciplinary project team to deliver the development from planning to final handover, ensuring adherence to the agreed budget, specification and to all agreed quality standards and delivering the highest possible standards of customer satisfaction.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the project management teams to ensure that key construction milestones are met and the project runs to the agreed program.
  • Lead and engage with initiatives to ensure that the reputation of the business is enhanced within the wider community.
  • Promote and communicate the company’s quality standards and procedures to relevant team members.
  • Ensure that the company's health and safety standards are upheld and embed a culture of safety and quality within the project team.
  • Work closely with and report to the Executive board on progress, key milestones and the project’s KPIs.

Experience of delivering high value, complex mixed use or apartment led projects, gained from within a Residential/Mixed Use Developer or Main Contractor would be appropriate for the role. In addition, all candidates will need to be capable of forming effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and exhibit a calm, professional approach to problem solving.
