Potensis Selection is delighted to partner with an award-winning residential developer who is looking to expand their existing team and recruit an additional Assistant Document Controller. Our client is expanding quickly, and their design and technical team has a live requirement to work on a high-value, fast-paced project.
You will be responsible for working on a number of apartment-based projects, maintaining, organising, and distributing project documents to ensure that all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
Responsibilities:- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all project documentation.
- Revision and status control of all project documentation.
- Maintain and ensure integrity, accuracy, quality, and security of electronic documents.
- Monitor & manage workflows process for consultants/design team documentation.
- Assist with other projects and duties as required.
- Regular weekly reporting on status of documents in document register, chase originators where required.
- Carry out regular project audits to ensure all processes are followed as required.
- Construction industry background and preferably experience of working on real estate projects.
- Experience in monitoring various document control processes and assurance.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with electronic document management systems.
- Must be customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
This role does not offer hybrid working and requires someone to be on site/office based 5 days a week.
