What You'll Be Doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
You will start as a 180 Consultant, learning the industry to then become the 360 recruitment consultant in 3-6 months time, where you'll build your own desk and develop long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
When becoming 360 Consultant You'll be responsible for:
- Winning new business and building lasting client relationships
- Sourcing, interviewing and managing high-quality candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Becoming a specialist within the UK Property & Construction market
- Growing your own network and developing your personal brand
Every placement you make directly impacts your earnings, giving you complete control over your success.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people with ambition, drive and a genuine desire to build a successful career. You'll ideally have:
- Around 18 months or more experience in sales, recruitment, estate agency, lettings or another target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A resilient and positive attitude
- A strong work ethic and commercial mindset
- The confidence to pick up the phone and build new relationships
- A desire to learn, develop and succeed
