We're seeking someone with at least 1 year's experience in a 360 recruitment role who is ready to take ownership of their desk, develop lasting client relationships, and maximise their earning potential within one of the UK's most active sectors. The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant – Property & Construction, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working with both clients and candidates across your specialist market. You'll be responsible for developing new business, building strong relationships, and delivering a high-quality recruitment service from initial brief through to successful placement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates
  • Managing the offer process and negotiating successful outcomes
  • Becoming a trusted specialist within your market
  • Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture
