Due to continued client demand, we are expanding our London Bridge team. This is not a graduate role. This is a career move for professionals who want more. The Career Path You will begin in a delivery-led recruitment role and progress into full 360 recruitment through a structured 12-week training programme , working closely with senior consultants and directors. You will then build and own your own specialist desk within a high-demand U.S. construction niche, with your success directly controlling your earnings, progression, and future opportunities.
