We are hiring an Executive Search Delivery Consultant to join Centurion Selection in London Bridge. This Delivery Consultant role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who wants to focus purely on delivery, sourcing, and headhunting without cold business development.
As an Executive Search Delivery Consultant, you will work directly with Directors and senior leadership on high-level US construction mandates. About the Role
As an Executive Search Delivery Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering retained search assignments across the US construction market. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing top-tier candidates through the full search lifecycle. Working as an Executive Search Delivery Consultant, you will support senior leadership on exclusive and confidential mandates.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading headhunting campaigns for senior construction and real estate hires
- Building targeted talent maps and market intelligence reports
- Conducting candidate screening, qualification, and longlisting
- Using LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing to identify top talent
- Managing candidates through the full executive search process
- Working closely with Directors on retained mandates
- Delivering high-quality research and candidate pipelines
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years recruitment experience (agency preferred)
- Experience in sourcing, headhunting, or delivery-focused recruitment
- Strong interest in becoming an Executive Search Delivery Consultant
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple roles
- Ambition to grow into a senior or leadership role
